MIT or UK college choice for a degree in Computer Science?

Everyone applying to MIT has the highest grades in the hardest classes and very high test scores, and they take fewer than 10% of them. The only people with a high chance of getting in are Intel Talent Search winners. You didn't list anything that will make you stand out for a top school, and your choice of career won't really be helped by attending a top school.
