Need to know how to go about getting one of those signs that say watch out for deaf child in the neighbor hood?

at least it goes something like that I don't think it say those exact words But it's letting you know there is a deaf child in the neighbor hood and near by.I need to no as soon as possible.there could have been a accident today.I just thank Jesus it wasn't.
