Blind deaf broken legs and broken arms?

Hi I have a son that got injured in war. He got blown up by an enemy tank. He got blind , deaf, and broke legs and arms. He is real depressed. I am wondering if Disney world would cheer him up. Also please tell me what hotel would be best to help his needs the best. No great view is needed because remember he is blind. Thank you and I hope u will help me out.
