Why do people understand blind people better than Deaf people?

hi! from what i understand, most deaf people can speak. now, depending on the severity of deafness comes the problem. for example, i have severe colds and my hearing is somehow also blocked. whenever this happens to me, i sometimes have difficulties communicating with others because i can't hear what i'm saying that much. i think the same thing happens for the deaf people like you. you have no way of checking if you're pronouncing every words clearly or correctly because you yourself cant hear what you're saying. however, blind people only have problems with their visions and not with their hearing. therefore it's much easier for them to monitor what they're saying with regards to pronunciation that is. hope this helps...
