Do they care about k/d while doing quick scope or don't care about k/d on PS3?

cos i wanna doing quick scope on my REAL ID as BloodJigsaw (had 10th prestige and 70 level) on ps3 but i still worry if i get many death more than kill? or just much as fun as you can qs and dont care about k/d? i will give to a best answer if you explain. i know my English is limited cos i am deaf. if you just not good explain i will not give you a best answer that's will be fair!
