Should I pay her to move in with me?

Ok, the thing is that she and I have been talking on and off for the last 2 and half years. She said she just broke up with her boyfriend because he was making her starve n only had food for himself. This girl said she wants me. We both know our friends from another state in Texas. She lives in Arizona and I live in Ohio. She and I spoke on webcam before. When I was living in California, she drove to visit me but told me she had a flat tire n asked me to put the 80 dollars in her ban account for that and she drove back home. I never got to see her in person. I put the 80 dollars in. That was 3 years ago. After I put the 80 in, I haven't heard from her for 2 weeks. So, right now I told her that I will deposit the 300 dollars in her bank so she can drive from Arizona to Ohio and live with me. The thing is that she doesn't really talk thru text that much. Its like hi and a little here and there for no response for hours like 5 hrs or more. Its ridicolous. She said she's not a phone person. I asked her to send me her picture recently and she hasn't sent it to me yet. She said she will tomorrow. Well, I am deaf and so is she. We both have signed on webcam before. I think it doesn't matter and anyone can steal the money. I really wish I could trust that but its hard, I do like her. I am thinking of telling her to ask her dad or someone to pay her 300 dollars to drive to Ohio and when she gets here, ill mail her dad 300 dollars. Will that turn her off and she'll say "you don't trust me"? I don't want to ruin it. What should I do and what is the best thing I should say? Thanks.
