How to get a program and/or website made, when your a digital disaster.?

You should hire a web developer (like me!) Find one with the credentials you need to make it (for example, if you need dynamic data hire a programmer with experience in PHP). You will eventually have to share your idea with a developer but they probably wont steal it (developers fear managing websites, haha)! Your idea sounds like it may take a long time, need frequent updates, and require necessary changes so yes hire someone, like me! (haha)
