Does anyone know of any good accredited online schools that have courses that i can finish in a short time.?

I started off thinking i wanted to do Radiology but after visiting some schools and talking to advisors i changed my mind and now i really want to go to school for Medical Billing & Coding, i was ready and set to go to school on campus full-time and work part-time but i can't really afford to do that. After searching the internet i got the idea that online schooling would probably be best for me, but i'm having a really hard time finding a good online school that is accredited and will give me all the material and information i need to graduate and prepare me to take the AAPC and AHIMA Professional Coder Certification exams...please if anyone knows anything.. i can use all the advice i can get. i would like to start school right away and i don't want to waste my time and regret a bad choice in schools...i have already visited Kaiser University, MedVance Institute, and just researched Penn Foster and came across this site that had actual student reviews that were not good so i'm not even goin to waste my time with that online school anymore...
