Trouble finding work in healthcare industry?

I graduated from school a month ago and got my NHA certifications, but I've been looking for work as a medical biller and coder, insurance specialist, and anything else similar for the past few months and haven't had any luck, not even a phone call. I've been calling temp places, applying every day to any job I'm qualified for on Indeed.com, calling the job placement guy at my school, updating my resume, but with no luck...What should I do??? I have no job, money, or unemployment.....I need a job NOW, not months from now.
