Wondering what kind of job...?

I'm going to be a sophomore in high school and I'm starting to realize what I really enjoy, but I'm not sure what kind of jobs there are. I really like these areas: history, English (the reading and writing are my strong points), and working with the disabled (preferably with the deaf or hard of hearing). I most likely will change but I just want to know what is out there within these areas; I would appreciate your help. Please and thank you in advance.
