Why is there server error 9 in SOCOM CA ONLINE?

They say updating or something like that, but you can get on with socom 3 disc or you can get on using a trick with the ca disc, it is posted on socom.com in the forums. Once you see the error 9, open the lid (on slim version) or disc tray (on fat version), do a fast 10 count and reclose, then just wait til the news screen pops up and hit x.....happy playing......once you have done it, pass the word, we have been playing the past two days but the word hasn't spread out.
