Why do i feel sick dizzy and nauseated?

There can be many reasons some obvious some not so . Some that doctors cannt diagnosis quickly or all know , my guess is one your body is fighting infection and or that you overdid things with out really eatting so your body is kinda detoxing itself and telling you something is wrong , two if you have an eatting disorder your body can be shutting down. or you could be pregnant. It can also be something else too . All and all I would go to the hospital than go see a doctor to see what they can do for you...... d
