Minecraft MCP not working correctly?

Heres the deal, My minecraft coder pack isn't decompiling correctly. Whenever I compile it comes out with extra classes like Block.java# and Block.java~ Also The Block.java doesn't have ANY public static final Block declarements. This works fine with minecraft 1.4_01 but why not with 1.5_01? Please respond soon.
