Hey deafies! Do you read lips and speak fluently without help?

I can speak and read lips fluently as well. I'm completely deaf with absolutely NO hearing left (even with hearing aids). I don't usually need an interpreter though I do have some awesome friends who have learned sign for me and do help me out sometimes when they can tell my eyes are getting tired or I'm just worn out from lip reading all day. I'm usually fine with 1 one 1 or 1 on 2 if they are both sitting in the same general area. I HATE when there are multiple people who site on opposite sides of me because then my head just keeps going back and forth and I miss the first few words that person said and it's just a pain. I can usually follow up to about 4-6 people but I don't get everything. It would help so much more if they would raise their hand before they spoke or something so I knew where to look. Usually if it's more than 5ish I do prefer an interpreter. Like at youth group, I can usually get by without a terp (there are about 30-40 people that go) but I pretty much just stay in my little group because I don't follow everything so I do prefer having the church terp there.
