Bought CAM coder canon legria HF R17, please help me to work as WEBCam so i can do video chat with my family?

I use a video capture cable to connect my videocam to my computer so it works as a webcam. You can get them on Amazon. For converting videos I use the free online-convert.com service, but there are others as well if your search for them.
