Billing and Coders: Is this situation ok to bill and code?

SOAP states nothing else but this: "Pt came in for a (1) month flu evaluation. During seeing the doctor, the pt developed seizures and an ambulance was called and took him/her to the near-by hospital for immediate care." Now, I wouldn't think so but, could you code for the seizure or anything else? there is nothing on it. No SOAP normal notes just a similar paragraph on it. If anything I would think the (1) month of flu evaluation would be what you could or would bill for but person who did it before that I am checking has billed for the seizure only.
