What is a job in medical billing/coding like?

I'm considering going to school online to become a medical biller/coder but I want to make sure it's the right job for me before I do. I was hoping to get an answer from someone who is working as a medical biller/coder. Is it a stressful job? Do you have to be able to type fast? Do most places require you to have experience before they hire you?
