What are the prime cities/states that have a heavy demand for Medical Billers/Coders?

I am working on my Medical Billing/Coding Certification. I should be done in a year or less. I know "Obama-care" is going to be wonderful for anyone in the medical field in the future, however, what metro cities and/or states have the most demand for this profession. I want the competition to be a little under control....
